Boysen Reservoir, part 3

Just 4.2 miles south of the Boysen Dam turn-off (on Highway US-20) is a dirt road we overlooked until today. We followed it southwest toward the reservoir and found a place used by ice fishermen. Here is a link to the map.

Boysen Reservoir, WyomingThe shot above looks northwest along the highway. The one below I took back in April. It is taken farther south and looks directly north before the highway curves northwest toward the entrance of the canyon.

  1. it was nice to see you in one of the shots. the snowy ice on the plants is really pretty. you must have picked a really good camera. looking at these makes me realize that i'm in a very different place and a little cold weather would be so nice right now...
